2/22/2018 (Permalink)

When tragedy strikes, you can lose not only your most valuable assets, but also your most important documents. Sometimes this means irreplaceable assets such as artwork and letters from loved ones becoming ruined resulting in devastating loss. Luckily, the methods for restoring documents have become more and more advanced in recent times. While no piece of paper can ever be returned completely to the original condition, the drying and recovery methods we use can greatly improve the condition of documents formerly destined for the garbage can.

Tragedies can strike at any time, and when these disasters damage our documents who do we turn to? At times like these we need a professional who can come in and assure us that our documents can be restored. If your document is capable of being saved, we're capable of doing it, and we have some of the most competitive prices in the market when it comes to the document restoration business. We can offer you direct billing or work with your insurance agency at your discretion.

Spring into cutting cooling costs.

3/2/2017 (Permalink)

Spring in Florida means the days are getting warmer, nights are getting longer, more outside memories are being made. But Spring can also mean a rise starting in your energy bill. Here are some helpful tips to beat the Florida Heat and keep your costs down.

  • Buy an air conditioner with a high

energy efficiency rating (EER). It’s printed

on the Energy Guide label attached to the

unit. A unit with an EER of 10 will cost half as

much to operate as one with an EER of 5.

  • Install your air conditioner in the shade. When it’s in direct

sunlight, it uses more energy.

  • Clean the air filter regularly. Dusty filters make your air

conditioner work harder.

  • Don’t cool unused areas. Close doors to cut

energy costs.

  • Operate your stove, oven, dishwasher and clothes dryer in the

morning or evening when it’s cooler outside. They add extra

heat to your home and make your air conditioner work harder.

  • Set the air conditioning thermostat at 78 degrees during the

day when you’re home and higher when you’re away.

  • A ceiling fan cools fast and costs less than air conditioning.

Storm Prepardness

8/11/2015 (Permalink)

Everyone should take into account that we live in Florida and there is always a chance of bad weather, could be a Hurricane, tropical storm or just heavy rain.  But we need to be prepared.  Make sure you have a plan in place.  Medicine on hand, Flashlight, Safety Kit, Batteries, Etc...

We also have a program offered at no charge called the ERP - Emergency Ready Program.  It is offered in an app for your phone as well as it offers you the opportunity to be put on our list here locally if we do have an emergency arise such as Tropical Storm Debby a few years ago.  We had waiting lists for many customers and if you have an ERP in place with us it allows you to get faster service if that need were to arise again.

We have partnered with the American Red Cross to help assist with developing plans for residential and commercial customers so please feel free to call with any questions you may have!
