SERVPRO of Columbia and Suwannee Counties has been providing services since 2012 when we were affected locally by Tropical Storm Debbie. With all of the flooding we had locally we learned how to find resources and handle multiple customers at one time on a large level. At that point we decided to join SERVPRO's dedicated Storm Teams. We have 4 spread throughout the US and we are signed up on all 4 of them. This means when somewhere is hit with a Hurricane, Freezing Temperatures, Large Fires or any other kind of natural disaster we are prepared to travel with our best crews. In 2018 we traveled for a total of 5 large events... twice to Virginia, once to Maryland, once to North Carolina and then Panama City. This helps to create opportunities for our staff as well as help a neighboring franchise to succeed in assisting as many as customers as possible in such a large catastrophe.
