Flooded Bathroom in Houston, TX

Our crew traveled from Lake City to Houston, TX to help clean up multiple residential and commercial properties damaged during the hurricane.  Upon arrival they assessed the damage and realized that due to the time frame that had occurred since the flood water had contaminated the building the structural components such as drywall and damaged doors, jambs, vanities all needed to be removed. 

Once that portion of work was completed, the studs or framing is treated with an EPA registered antimicrobial to assist with bacteria and/or mold damage. 

Then we move onto drying the framing or balance of structural components down to a "goal" which varies from area to area. 

Once the drying is completed, the homeowner can work with a local SERVPRO franchise or a contractor to begin repairing their home or business.
