There are many steps to mold remediation and you should always make sure whom you hire is licensed in mold remediation not just contracting.  If you want to be sure its gone don't use someone that tells you bleach will remove the mold.  Bleach is a cleaner and to remediate mold you need something qualified to do so.

It is extremely easy to look up licensed mold remediation experts in your area and make sure they carry an active license.  In Florida you can be licensed to test mold or remediate mold - but not both.  The photo here depicts a job that had a water damage and then mold grew due to no one being there.  SERVPRO of Columbia & Suwannee Counties did the mold remediation and then we also did the rebuild to make it “Like it never even happened”.
